Where can I buy Nintods products?

Our products are currently only available online and with select affiliate offline channels. You could purchase our products from our website or a few baby-specific e-commerce retail spaces.

How do I check my order status?

After you submit your order, you’ll receive an email with your order confirmation. Once your order ships, you’ll receive another email with tracking information. If you need further assistance, please contact our Customer Experience Team here. We can’t wait for you to enjoy your products from Nintods!

How do I cancel an order?

As long as the order has not shipped, you can change or cancel your order by contacting our Customer Experience Team here. We’ll do everything we can to accommodate your request.

How do I exchange my order?

We want you to be totally satisfied with our product. In the oft chance that a product arrives damaged, please reach out to us, and will ship a replacement as soon as we can.

Do you offer refunds on the product?

With most of our line being curated playlists, we currently do not offer refunds or returns. We would like to hear from you regarding the reasons to return any given play kit.

How much is shipping?

Ground shipping is free for orders INR 1500 and above in India. For orders INR 1500 and less, shipping charges are calculated at checkout. In case you opt for expedited shipping, there may be an additional charge mentioned during checkout.

Do you offer international shipping?

We currently ship only domestically, within India.
